Legacy Pool Services was founded by Patrick Roach, a Kingwood native who came back home to build something of his own after years away — including a stint backpacking Europe and a season as a ski lift operator in Vail, Colorado. That path gave him an appreciation for good people and good work, and that's the standard Legacy Pool Services operates by today.
